The physical condition of our products is graded so that you can easily and quickly understand the condition of the product you are buying.
Grade | Condition |
|---|---|
A+ | Like new in excellent condition, accompanied by all its original package contents |
A | In new condition or with minimal cosmetic wear & tear missing non-significant package contents |
B | With cosmetic wear & tear. Less significant components might be malfunctioning (e.g. microphone on a laptop) |
Wear & Tear
This category includes scratches, color imperfections, etc. A Grade A product may have such damage but to an extent and/or point that is not obvious and does not affect the operation of the device in the least.
